Second Chance Habitat is a 100% volunteer-run, IRS-certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit dog rescue based in Virginia Beach, VA, serving the greater Hampton Roads area including Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and beyond. Every dollar donated goes directly to the care, medical needs, and well-being of rescue dogs in our program.
