Second Chance Habitat is a dedicated, volunteer-run dog rescue organization based in Virginia Beach, VA. Our mission is to give homeless, at-risk, and adoptable dogs a second chance at life by placing them in safe, loving foster homes or helping them find their forever families.

As a non-profit animal rescue, we focus on saving dogs from shelters, neglectful situations, and abandonment. We work tirelessly to match each dog with the right home—whether through foster care or permanent adoption—to ensure a lifetime of love and security.
